Everything went very well. The staff was kind with the child and parent, administrative procedures were smooth, rooms and building were clean. Information was provided concisely before the operation to know how everything would be organized.

I was today in Döbling private clinic in 3 rd floor to have information about practitioners in the clinic and I was sent packing so rudely by receptionist that I thought it would be appropriate to report it. Patients are already under huge physical and emotional stress , they don’ t need these kind of welcome. You do not deserve money and trust of your patients. I hope you will go bankrupt soon. AVOID.
